Arrival Story:
Annie was adopted through Col Potter Cairn Rescue Network and arrived at her permanent home on Halloween Eve.

Bio:
To our surprise she arrived not as shy and timid as one might expect from a puppy mill rescue. She, Cooper and Jesse have spent the last week learning to know one another and establish "canine rules". She is learning to love all kinds of toys, foods and comforts. Annie is going to love it here.

My brothers Cooper and Jesse James said that mom had that turkey look in her eye which she gets just before Thanksgiving every year. I wondered what are turkey and Thanksgiving. Then on Sunday afternoon the house had a wonderful smell and my brothers began pacing around in the kitchen. Not wanting to be left out, I joined them.
After several hours, the oven door opened and I don't know what it was, but it sure smelled good. "Turkey!!" woofed Cooper. "Me too, me too!" squeeked Jesse. After a few agonizing minutes our bowls were on the floor and we became like canine vacuum cleaners. Now I know what a turkey is and I can't wait until Thanksgiving which mom refers to as Turkey Day! MMMMmmm!
