Arrival Story:
Watching 'Top Dogs' they did a profile on the Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I thought they were amazing to watch and cute little dogs. So in late December of 2000, my Dad and I phoned all the Pet stores in the Niagara Region. It was the very last pet store I phoned that had a Corgi. It was about 6:45pm and the store closed at 7, so we decided to go the next morning. When we got up, we took off to Niagara Falls. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the store to open. Then we went in and went to the area were the dogs were. Saw her playing with her little toy. The women that worked brought her out and let her run around the store. She just kept running and running around (until she tried to run out into the mall). We fell in love with her, and knew we had to adopt her!
