Birthday: December 10th 1992 Likes: As a true Husky Bear always loved to escape his fenced yard and run like the wind. Pet-Peeves: Having to stay in the yard or on a leash Favorite Toy: This would have to be his playmate Candy, they loved to chase and play tag. Favorite Food: Milk bones silly boy would buried them in the yard. Favorite Walk: Downtown, to the park,anywhere anyone could admire him. Best Tricks: Escaping the back yard. Arrival Story: Bear was listed as an owner surrender with the Detroit Siberian Rescue Club. We drove over two hours one way to pick him up. Upon our arrival, we step out of the car and who came around the house but Bear. He had escaped out the front door. He immediately took to us, and we to him. His owners new friend had small children and would not let Bear in the house so he had spent alot of time tied up outside. Bear live the next year alone with us until Candy came to live with us. They became inseparable for the next year and a half until Bear suffered an spinal injury. Long story short, as he lay in my lap he went peacefully to sleep. I take great comfort in knowing that both my beloved babies Bear and Candy left this world seeing the face that loved them most and hearing my voice telling them how very much they were loved.
