Arrival Story:
Well, if you've read Jake's biography, you know how Cass became Teri's dog. When I moved in with Teri, I actually liked Cass the best of the four dogs living with us (all of which belonged to Teri). Cass liked me too, but Teri was "Momma". When Teri decided to get remarried, she took Cass out to her fiance's house where he had a Blue Healer (Cass also has a smidge of Healer in her). Kate was not impressed by Cass and they got into a rather bad fight and Cass ended up with her front right paw being torn on the top. Teri was upset because she didn't know what to do. Cass had been to the pound twice before because previous owners couldn't keep her when they moved. Teri refused to do that to Cass a third time, especially since she was almost out of time when Teri adopted her. Jake and Cass have always been friends so I offered to adopt Cass from Teri.
Bio:
Cass is my good, sweet, pretty, big girl. Her only flaw is that she guards the food bowl constantly! I think this is a throw back from being kenneled in the pound with a dog that would not let her eat. She is the Alpha Dog out of my three babies. I can't resist those gorgeous big brown eyes!
