Arrival Story:
My boyfriend and I had been talking about getting a Dobie for a while. We decided to dedicate one weekend and go looking for a Dobie. We picked up the Bargain Trader and we began to call around. I ended up calling this one pet store which I will not mention, and we went to check out the Dobie they had. As soon as I walked in I thought that I was going to be sick. The cages were tiny, the guy was a jerk. Anyway I ended up going to the back to see the Dobie and she was inside a cage so small that she couldn't even stand. I was heartbroken, so without any hesitation my boyfriend and I both said to the guy that we would take her. She was so skiddish at first that I could not get near her, she was terrified! I slowly gained her confidence, and she turned out to be a beauty. She is the most loveable Dobie in the world. She would never hurt a fly. I will never forget we got her on the 4th of July weekend!! We love her, she is awesome!!!!!!!! Our little Ludy!!!!!!!
