Birthday: October 15th 2005 Arrival Story: Ginger's eyes say it all...will you be patient and love her? Ginger has been retired from biomedical research, and she has some scars to show it. Ginger was used in cardiovascular research and has some scars from the removal of the telemetry device that had been implanted. There are no short or long term side effects expected from her participation in these studies, though. Now she just needs to learn a bit about the world outside of a laboratory! Bio: Right now, Ginger is a bit overwhelmed with the world, so it may take her some time to come out of her shell.
Update: Ginger is adjusting BEAUTIFULLY to the "real world." She is working on her crate training and house training. She enjoys time with people, older children and other dogs. The progress she has made in such a short time has been remarkable. She will need patient adopters to show her what the world is like, but given her progress so far, we know she'll be an amazing pet!
