Arrival Story:
Sam was/is a rescue. He resided originally in Terrell. His owner had him tied with no food, water or shelter. Sam had mange, bad skin infection, thyroid problems, malnutrition and severe depression. He is not doing much better. He is still working out skin issues and has to live on thyroid medicine. Sam had never seen a vet in his 3 years, from what I was told. He was heartworm negative and I was surprised.

Bio:
Sammy is now up to date on his shots, on heartworm preventative, nuetered, and house broken. He gets along with my dogs and cats but does not like to share his bowl with others. Dogs should always be seperated at feeding time anyway. Sam is not good with farm animals but is starting to get along with my goat. He is a special needs baby and must be a house dog.
