She was my sister's 8th birthday present, and immediately took over the backyard from my dog, Ebony, who was just a few months older. Baby was bitchy, bossy, and black as coal. I always loved her, even when I threatened to drown her in the pool because she wouldn't shut up. I miss her more than I admit.
