Arrival Story:
i went to the pound *aka puppy prison* to look at dogs, and knew basically what i wanted... small, quiet, housetrained... then i met benji and fell in love!!! he was all muddy and matted and stunk up the car, but he fell asleep in my lap on the ride home... and fell into my heart! i guess his last home the owners kept him chained outside with no shelter and gave him no attention. thats no way to treat such a wonderful guy. the dog warden was called, and took him away. he had to spend Christmas in puppy prison :-( i got him december 28th, so now he lives here with me and is spoiled rotten. he's learning how to play, sit, stay, come... i think thats all for now.

Bio:
6-26-05 update: we started obedience classes last week... so far the jack russel and the bichon next to us are far too playful and benji gets annoyed easily by them... and he's so cute, he knows how to sit when i tell him to, but he'll wait a second or 2, like hmm let me think about it, well ok i'll sit. hehe
