Oodles of flying poodles!

I just had the most exciting time any dog could hope for. In mid-July daddy and mommy took me up in a little airplane. We went to visit grandpa. The sensations in take off were so strange and I could not sit down at first but after a few minutes I laid down and enjoyed the ride. I felt safe and secure because mommy made sure I had my seat belt on. Mommy could not quit bragging to everyone how good I was on the airplane. I did not need a dog sickness bag and I just slept during the whole trip. Mommy keeps talking about getting "Mutt-Muffs" to help it not be so loud for me during the flight. I don't know what those are but both Mommy and Daddy wear them while flying. That was quite an adventure. I can't wait to go again!

Married!!!!

Yeah! Mommy finally tied the knot on May the 4th. I did not attend the wedding, but stayed home to guard the house during the ceremony. Mommy allowed me to play doggy-dressup and be a bride too just like her. This is me coming back from a fun week with grandma while mommy was on her honeymoon. I want to marry their doggie. He is so handsome! I am so happy that Daddy is now a permanent part of our family.

Too doggone many changes

There have been a lot of changes in my life lately. First of all, we moved into a new house. I am so happy to have a big fenced in back yard now. It beats having to go out on leash all the time. I can ruff at the neighborhood kids and bark a hello at dogs passing by. Also, mommy got engaged and she is getting married. Not sure what that means, but I think I wil have a permanent daddy now. There is talk of me going to the wedding and wearing a veil, but we will see about that! Also, mommy and daddy are going away this weekend somewhere warm. I know I would have gone, but they are flying and mommy is afraid to put me into the cargo hold. I heard talk about dogs getting lost and that seemed scary. Maybe things will calm down come spring. I am looking forward to that.

Tasty snacks (Well, not to mommy)

Today when mommy went to get the mail, I raided the litter box. That is why I am laughing in the first picture. I am a sneaky little devil. Mommy caught me there because I had little pieces of litter on my nose as evidence. Unfortunately she was not gone long enough for me to get a big morsel but she scolded me anyways for doing something so gross and unlady like. Doesn't she know?? I am a dog, not a lady!!

The Shame!!

I cannot believe I fell for the trick! I wore that silly hate and even posed for a bacon and cheese Mother Hubbard Treat so mom could take my picture and embarass me all over the net. SIGH. The things I do for food.

Mommy caught me in the act

There I am above being a bad doggy and aggravating Ashley, one of the family cats. The best part is, Mommy put Soft Paws on her because she was scratching wood and at the same time I don't have to be worried about sharp paws scratching my nose.

Doggy Gone Duning

This weekend was so fun. Mommy and Daddy took me camping in Wisconsin with them. I got to play in the sand of the dunes, I got to eat pinecones and sticks and other items which mommy didn't like. I also met other dogs and got a lot of attention over all. Best of all I saw the lake for the first time. I played watchdog at night too. This is a dog's life!

I'm in Puppy Love

This weekend was one of the most exciting times of my doggy life. I had a play date with the most handsome dog ever, a collie. We frisked around, we shared the water and food bowl, we went to the neighbors together. One day I will marry this doggie. He thought I was pretty cute too!

Today, February 5th, I finally smiled for mommy when she took my picture. She was so happy she got to put a new picture of me for the primary photo. Mommy says it is so hard to get pictures of me because I am always moving around. Well what does she expect? I _AM_ a puppy after all.

Let It Snow

This weekend I had mommy all to myself. And we had snow days! I love the snow! Mommy and I had so much fun walking through the snow and I was leaping and jumping and getting lots of exercise. I also finally learned to roll over this weekend. We have been working on that a lot lately and I would bark and growl when I was told to do it, but finally I decided to do it. I mean after all, the tummy rubs I get afterwards and getting to fetch Mr. Ducky are worth it!
