Arrival Story:
Bear was found in a shelter in Virginia. He was heartworm positive and full of hookworms. He was saved by Virginia German Shepherd Rescue (a wonderful organization). For some strange reason, no one was interested in adopting Bear (lucky for us). He was being moved from one foster home to another because he was such a well-behaved boy. That's when we found him and adopted the perfect dog!

Bear is extremely loyal and a terrific companion, he is easy going and eager to please, Canine Good Citizen
