Arrival Story:
Maia was abandoned at a local dog park. I happened to go to the dog park and she was there and didn't belong to anyone. Evidently she'd been there since everyone else had been there, also. I couldn't leave her there, so I took her home with me. She was placed for adoption through a rescue that I volunteer with but was returned. We've decided to keep her, and so far so good! She really is pretty amazing.
