Looked at many sites for a male young Doggo type. Finaly found him, locally on Katy's Promise. Toni is a great halfway, rescue home for larger and mostly Rot dogs.

I went to meet him, Isaac, and check out another pup looking for a forever home. He was very friendly, people absorbed and playfull. I didn't say yes, right away. I took a week or more to make sure my husband was on the same page. Then Toni came over to see How Foxy would handle a new pack mate, twice her size.
She did pretty well after the first shock of happily running to greet him, thinking it was Monsuier Perot; and Oops, big dog that is a stranger. I think her eyesight is not as sharp as it once was. Since he is still a pup dog (18 mo.), she soon snarled and nipped him into toeing the line around her. She really likes him better than Monsuier.
We had to do some serious fence repair in the backyard and it was 105 for days and days. Just too hot. Got a little break in the heat and finished the fence in 3 days. At last Isaac has arrived to stay.
