Arrival Story:
We had been looking for quite some time for a baby brother for Mika.After nearly a year of searching we located a breeder who allowed us to purchase Kai. On Novembr 15,2009 we all got into the car including Mika to pick Kai up and bring him home.We had a long ride .Mika and Kai rode home together in the back seat of the car with Mommy between them for safety. We had a rough first night but already Kai is picking up the routine and establishing bonds with his new pack.

I finally came home! Mommy,Daddy and my big sister Mika all came to pick me up on Sunday afternoon. I said good-bye to my siblings and my Furmommy. I liked seeing my new Mommy again,I remembered her smell and felt safe.My big sister Mika was very nervous because I'm so little. I wasn't too scared because there are big dogs at my furmommy's house that I played with before. I had a hard first night because everything was new and Mika was very jumpy
when I tried to chew her tail at night. I kept the whole pack awake because I didn't know where to sleep or how to tell them what I needed.It was a little rough at first but I like it here.I have my fursister Mika,Mommy and Daddy to take care of me and to cuddle with. Mommy feeds me just like my furmommy's Mommy did,she takes me outside to play with Mika ,I sleep on the big bed with my whole pack and have lots of toys to play with.I just wish Mommy wasn't so obsessed with making sure I pee and poop outside.

My first visit to the doctor went great! I didn't get car sick and neither did my siblings. We also didn't pee,poop, or get sick at the doctors office and we were all very quiet and well behaved the whole time. They gave us medicine to get rid of any worms we might have,we got our first shot and that was kind of owie but,I didn't cry
and they gave me a certificate that says I'm a healthy puppy and can go to my new family. I can hardly wait until I'm old enough for them to pick me up. I have less than a week to go.

Hi everybody Mommy got an update from the breeder yesterday
and I weighed in at 10lbs. I gained 3lbs. in 6days. I told you I was growing fast also even the little spot on my nose that was pink for the longest time has turned black. My ears aren't standing yet but they are starting to change in the way I hold them when I'm listening to something.I will have more of an update later because today is the day I have my first visit with the doggie doctor and get my first shots.
