Arrival Story:
Blaze was 8-weeks old at the Alameda County Animal Shelter and placed in the same kennel as his sister. Both were adorable but since we were in college and lived in an apartment, we were unable to take both of them home. We had wanted a boy dog so we decided on Blaze. Blaze has a small nick at the tip of his ear from when his sister and him were playing in the kennel. The staff said that he'd get to be about 55 lbs. We felt that was a good size. But, he kept growing and growing into this huge mass of muscle of 90+ lbs.! He's now a trim 88 lbs.
