Arrival Story:
I wanted to have a dog to compete at agility with and as Boomer wasn't that keen another dog was the obvious answer! I got Bertie as a birthday present from my parents, they took me the weekend after my birthday to choose a pup. I had wanted a little boy and there were 2 boys and 2 girls left in the litter. Bertie chose me!
Bio:
Bertie competes at Agility and Heelwork to Music. He is a slow, steady clear round dog at agility, but did win me out of Elementary at Easter 2004 and qualified for the Dogs in Need starters final 2 years and Supadogs starters final 1 year. Bertie is also a registered Pets as Therapy dog.

We went to an agility show yesterday and the Novice Agility was quite difficult, but I got a clear round, there were only 5 other dogs that went clear, so I came 6th out of 179 dogs. I also got a clear round in Novice Jumping.

I got all the humans spooked last night at our heelwork to music class. It's in a hall that's at the front of the hospital and it used to be the old hospital morgue. Well, I was just laying there quietly at the side waiting my go when I suddenly got up and barked at the ceiling, even when I stopped barking I stood staring at the ceiling for ages.
