Belle loves her stuffed racoon, we call it her sick baby, we got it for her when she got hit by the car because she could not walk for 2 weeks so we thought it would keep her company because it is the same size as her.
Favorite Food:
Belle loves cheese for a treat or wagon train chicken tenders (chicken jerky).
Favorite Walk:
Everywhere and anywhere.
Best Tricks:
Her best trick is her cheese dance she stands on her hind legs and twirls in a circle for a piece of cheese. (still working on getting back to normal from the accident) almost there!!
Arrival Story:
My husband and I visited his parents for Christmas, and they had a rat terrier puppy. The entire time I was there I played with thier new puppy. They thought I would also like a puppy so they went back to the breeder and bought the mother to thier puppy,who was pregnant. When the puppies arrived my mother in law picked Belle for me out of the litter. We picked her up a couple of days before Valentines Day and she was 5 weeks old.
Bio:
On August 3rd Belle was running around the yard while I was unloading groceries and decided to chase a car. She got hit and suffered a broken pelvis. Her pelvis broke in 4 places and the vet said she could probably heal on her own in about eight weeks. If not she would need orthapedic surgery. Three weeks later you would have never known she had an injury. She is doing great!!!!!

Belle came into heat 2 weeks ago and now it is finally gone! This was a mess. Monday she is getting an appointment with Dr. Cox to get spade. Dr. Cox told me since she has suffered an injury to her pelvis, to have puppies naturally will be impossible. So we think it will be best to have her fixed, especially since we live so far away from a vet. I would not want to risk her health if she were to concieve.
