Favorite Toy: She has many but doesn't play with toys much Favorite Food: Chef Michaels Turkey Chicken and Steak Favorite Walk: The park behind McDonalds Best Tricks: Chasing the big tabby cat! Arrival Story: Blossom was shaking in a cage at the Susquehanna County Humane Society. Someone had obviously abused this lovely dog who weighed in at 14 lbs at the time--You could see her shaking in the cage from clear across the room. She had been dumped with 8 puppies that were possibly either a Shepherd mox or a similar breed. I looked at her and knew that her possibilties for adoption were probably slim to one. Bio: For those reasons, I walked out the door after adoptiong her and put her in my lap for the 20 mile ride home. We had a tough first few months--she burrowed through a screeen and I found her in the middle of traffic on the State Road that I live on. We laid together on the living room floor for the rest of the day and the whole night. '
Little by little she started to trust me--and she isn't more than a foot away from me most of the time in the house, unless she is napping1 After almost 3 years, she started playing and just being happy to be alive.'
She is a wonderful young lady that I hopes makes it to 20 years old!! Forums Motto: Daddy's Girl I've Been On Dogster Since:
