Arrival Story:
Kaegogi was my first dog. My boyfriend (at the time) and I went to all the pounds and shelters in the area. We were just leaving the Santa Monice shelter when this weird little puppy with a herniated belly button caught my eye. He was so cute and looked something like a cross between a dog, a rat, a bat and a bear. I asked if we could meet him and, the next thing I know, I'm signing the papers to bring him home. He and his sister have been the greatest joys in my life.
Bio:
Kaegogi is "dog meat" in Korean which was pre-selected by John who taught English as a second language in South Korea.
Kaegogi is the Houdini of dogs and manages to get himself into all kinds of trouble. Even though Gogi can drive him crazy, his daddy cann0t help but look into those soulful eyes and just kiss him all over.
