hello, i have a 5month old cavalier her name is jazzy, today i watched this show about pedigree inbreeds, and they had some stuff on cavaliers, that becuase there heads are so tiny there brain out grows there head,and they have to be put down.

yayaya 5months yesterday.

jazzy is 5months as of yesterday. she is compleatly potty trained. i wanted to say thank u to all the people hear on dogster who have helped me get thrugh the hard time with potty training jazzy. i was so close to giveing up and then i got messiges from poeple saying 'dont give up it will work out she will get it" again thanks to all those who have commented on this and u guys now who im talking about. again a warm thanks form me and jazzy,

how jazzy is on potty training!

jazzy is 13weeks now and she has not made a mistake in the house in like a couple weeks since we started. she is on a short leash becuase i dont want her woundering off and makeing a mistake. she wounders to the door when she needs to go out. when were in my room and she needs to go out she walks to the door and barks to go out then she runs to the back door to get out. she is doing great im so happy and pleased. im gonna give her a couple months with no mistakes to makesure she is potty trained. i have her on a retractable leash that gives her 16ft. witch is nice becuase when i let her out it gives her 16 ft to wounder. she is totally crate trained she has not made a mistake in there since i got her so like 5 or 6 weeks. she sleeps thru the night in there. thats her safe place she sometimes goes in there when she just wants to sleep she will wounder in there, i never made it like it was a horrible thing to go in her crate when she would go in there good i gave her a treat, so to her its a good thing. i wash her bedding a couple times a month. and i make it comfy.

jazzys tricks!

jazzy is 12weeks old now. and she nows how to sit,stay,leave it and were working on down and come. the cavaliers are very smart and cute dogs. she nows that when she goes potty out side she gets a treat when we get in so she sits by the treat can, and then i say sit and i give her a treat. i think that if u dont teach your dog tricks or to please u then u and your dog are not gonna be happy togather. a dogs job is to please his owner. it is also safe for your dog to now some things. like when a biger dog is aproching and your dog nows how to be calm and submissive to his owner then u dont have a big fight on your hands that is why it is safe to now these things. it is also a bounding moment for u and your dog. me and jazzy i only have her train for 5 mins 2 times a day. becuase u dont want them to get board with training but u want them to have fun becuase it is. its all the owner too, becuase if your frustrated and not working with the dog then your not gonna get anywere. thanks for reading.

a lil about jazzy!

jazzy is 12 weeks old! she is almost potty trained its been a lil hard becuase latly i have been bissy! i got her when she was 7weeks old she was love at first sight! she loves to go for walks she gets tyred fast tho! i love my cavliar i think they are great dogs. she nows sit,lay down,stay,and she gets excited when she gets a treat for pleaseing me.
it was totally my falt for her not nowing that she needs to go out side becuase i really had no idea how to potty train a puppy! thought i did but i really did'nt! so i kinda let jazzy down! cavliars are very smart within hours she new sit,lay down,stay,and leave it. its all about the owner! i love my jazzy and she is my baby! i cant wait to get the potty training down so i can injoy her more!
