Arrival Story:
I had wanted a puppy for some time. My boyfriend wasn't totally on board, but he came around and got Max for me for Christmas. He was the best gift ever!

Bio:
2006 has been a tough year. We had Max fixed in April and he did not heal properly after the surgery. He ended up riping the stitches out and he had to be restitched again. He had to wear the ecollar for almost a month. After we were all done with the neuter he ended up swallowing a squeaker from a toy and it got lodged in his intestines. He had to go in for emergency surgery because he was in distress and a couple thousand dollars later he gets to wear the ecollar for another month. Poor dog. Things are back to normal now but I certainly do not want to have to do that again.
