At that time we had only boxers and I wanted a little dog so I said maybe. She said she knew someone who was giving away their dog and she'd have someone call us. Apparently it was a friend of a friend but we were able to make the connections to meet the dog. We took Spike with us to their house and the dogs were instant friends! We took her home that day with a week trial period. I never questioned that she would be with us for good. She's a great dog.
