Plopping down right in between mommy and daddy to either sleep or chew on a bone. And sunbathing.

Not being able to sleep with mommy and daddy every night.

Anything that makes noise from squeaking to rattling.Any toy that I can tear apart and get the squeakie out of.

Favorite Food:
Toss up between french fries and El Pollo Loco.

Favorite Walk:
Anywhere and Everywhere.

Best Tricks:
I can potty on command.Take a bath (jump into the shower) on command.Roll over.Put one paw up.Give hugs & kisses.Hold food/treats on my lil' nose and paw until my parents say I can eat it.

Arrival Story:
She was the runt of the litter of my brother's chihuahua and a neighborhood miniature pinscher. I first saw her when she was about 6 weeks old. She was this tiny cutie patootie with green eyes and ears flipped down still. I completely fell head over heels for her. I had grown up with chihuahuas and had wanted to get a dog of my own for years. So I debated for a couple of weeks whether or not I should keep her because I was still in college and wasn't sure if I was ready for the responsibility to give her the best life possible. I even contacted a few people that also fell in love with her and wanted to keep her. After torturing myself with the thought of having to give her up, I decided that she was mine. That was one of the best decisions I have made. She is a real min pin at heart and does not really have any chihuahua traits. She has beautiful hair and markings. She is a mix of brown and blonde (EXACTLY like the color of my hair - don't they say that dogs resemble their owners?) and has a crow's foot marking on her forehead that has drastically spread upward and become completely blonde as she has gotten older. She is so intelligent, has tons of energy, can outrun any dog, is one of those dogs that was meant to be a person, and is absolutely spoiled!

Bio:
I am one of those special dogs that has the chihuahua trait of having a fifth toe. My mommy chose not to have it surgically removed because that is how I was born and it does not cause any problems for me. Oh, and when my mommy got me I was already named Brownie. I can't complain too much though because the name Brownie fits perfectly with my hair color. When I'm in trouble my name is Brownie, otherwise it's Mama.

wow, 8 days sure does seem like a long time...

Mommy's finally back from her long vacation!! I missed her soo soo much, more than she'll ever know. Grandma babysitted me while she was gone. When Grandma and I went to the airport to pick up mommy I spotted her from a distance and instantly became super-hyper. I could not control my emotions. I was soooo happy to finally see her. I just started crying out loud and making myself hyperventilate because I was so excited. Grandma had made me a cute little pink dress to wear when we picked mommy up. Mommy loved the dress on me....but she loved getting kisses from me even more!

Well, I get to go to Grandma's this weekend...from Friday evening until late Sunday night. So I'm very happy and can't wait until tomorrow afternoon.

Yay! I am so happy because I get to see Grandma this weekend and stay at her place. I miss her soOoOo much, and I only get to see her about once a month. The only thing that I don't really like about staying at Grandma's is that she has a Pomeranian named Moonlight that doesn't like me very much. She gets very territorial when I stay there, but Grandma always protects me and punishes Moonlight when she acts up. Of course, mommy and daddy always tell me that I need to learn to stick up for myself when another gutsy dog attacks, but it's just not in my genes...I'm a lover, not a fighter!
