The Jersey Update

I'm now living in Jersey with mom and dad as I've mentioned before. I've lived here a couple of months now and life is pretty good. I have a big apartment to run the Wolfie 500 in and of course many toys to play with. I don't get outside as much because the doggie park isn't as close and the doggie park is separated into big and small doggies. There usually aren't too many doggies around in the small dog side and it's just me. I also get a little defensive, I'm not always sure a doggie has good intentions cause I am a little guy!

I've been enjoying all my time with mom and dad though. I spend most of my days asking them to play, watching and letting people outside know that this apartment is not for buglers, and sleeping. I hear mom has a Christmas outfit so I'm sure she will post it when they put me in it... I hope it's not too embarrassing.

In Jersey

This summer I was an official watch dog in Delaware. It was a hard job but luckily I'm specially trained in those things. I didn't meet any friends in Delaware but I had a great time running around the campus of U of Delaware. Public Safety didn't mind me running around which was good. I don't want to be an outlaw doggie!

Then mom began school in Jersey and we moved again. I helped carry a lot of heavy things and was pretty sore. I'm having a fun time in the new apartment- it's pretty big and I'm allowed to go anywhere instead of being stuck in the bedroom. There are also a couple more trash can I can go through now- don't think because I'm small I can't get into the trash...! We just visited a doggie park yesterday. It isn't as close or as nice as Grigg's but I can run around off leash! I met a bunch of dogs and they seemed cool so hopefully I can make some new friends.

Moving

Mom and I are moving in a couple of weeks for the summer and then we're not sure where we are going to be after that. It depends on where she goes to school and she has no clue where that will be. I'm pretty sad about it because I looked and there are NO toy poodles in Delaware. What kind of state is my mom taking me to? I've been there before and all I saw were big dogs. I can deal with big dogs, after all I'm a big man but they are a little hard to play with. I guess we'll see. Hopefully I can find some little pals in Newark.

Just Hanging Out

Life have been pretty good recently. Dad came up for a visit and that was great. Dad loves to sleep and so I finally had someone to sleep with. Mom says we are moving soon which I'm sad about. What will the dogs be like in the new place? Will they be nice? I'm not really sure whats going on since Mom hasn't decided where she's going to school next year. So I can't even begin to check out what dogs are in the area.

One thing I really don't get is this thing called a TV. Mom's been watching the new show "Showdog Moms and Dads" and that show makes me pissed off. What the heck do those dogs think they are doing in my apartment. They keep to keep out. I might be all cuddly but when I get pissed I'm a real Wolf. That's why I'm called Wolfie. I got so peeved the other day Mom shut off the TV. I had to tell those dogs to keep out!

Happy Birthday to Meee!

This Thursday was my birthday! I can't belive how old I am already, I'm a big boy. I haven't been able to get to the computer much recently because my mom has been writing a thesis and it takes all her time. Even our play time has been limited!

I'm excited about spring. The snow was a little cold for me and I really couldn't run around too easily. Now I can run around free and there is lots of fun stuff to hunt- squirrels and birds! Someday I know I can catch one of those critters!

Right now I'm off to hopefully get some ice cream. Mom and Dad are going to Dairy Queen (we've visiting Dad right now) and I know at least Dad will give me some... yummy!

My Weekend

This weekend was great. Since it was nice and warm going outside was fun just like it used to be. I ran and ran outsdie even htough it's a little bit harder in the snow. I also was afraid to go out to far in the snow because it's cold! My mom took me for a long time both Sat and Sun and I was the happiest little guy ever. I saw lots of my friends who I hadn't seen since Xmas and I also met a cute little puppy poodle who's my cousin! He was pretty little but I think he's going to end up being bigger than me.

In a couple of weeks I'm going to be able to see Dad again. I miss him a lot. He likes to play with me and loves to kiss me. I really wish he was around because when Mom leaves I get really lonely.

It has been a while!

Mom and I have been busy. We moved back to Boston- for a while we were staying with dad. I'm happy to be back because I have a lot more room here in Boston and there's a great dog park nearby.

But there's a big problem with Boston- the snow. It's awful. (Besides no dad. But that situation is going to improve soon I hear mom saying) It freezes my poor paws and makes me scream with pain. My mom finally got some boots but they weren't quite warm enough. I just couldn't walk around with them on! So I have a good pair now, they are nice and thick. Now I can happily run around in the snow, although I do prefer the cleared path to the snow.

Since I haven't been outside much I have been getting into a bit of trouble. While mom sleeps I go throug the trash looking for anything fun. I rip up tissues too. So mom has been kind of displeased with me but I don't mean to do anything bad. I'm just very bored!

I ate chocolate...

While mom and dad were out at dinner I ate some chocolate! It was so good!

Mom and Dad came home and freaked out. They started calling all these places and looking at me- they made me all nervous. I heard them saying something about not quite getting a toxic dose but I still needed to vomit. I don't know what that word ment then. Now I do.

They poured hydrogen peroxide or something awful down my throat and it made me feel so ill. I threw up everything and it was a miserable experience. I hope that never happens to me again.

Ohh I'm honored!

Today I am a daily dairy pick for dogster! W00f! Hope everyone enjoys stopping by and comes back again!

Mom is leaving today to go back to Boston for a couple of days so I'm staying with Dad. Right now my mom and dad live in different places and I usually stay with mom. This means a little more lax rules as well as more table scraps.... it's going to be a fun couple of days! The only bad thing is Dad is away more than Mom is usually so I'll have to find something to occupy me while he's gone. Maybe I'll go through the garbage- there is always something fun to rip up in there! Dad isn't smart enough to put it up high or have a top like Mom does. ;)

Yah! Mum and Dad are back!

Yay! I was so happy to see them that I have them a thousand licks. The only bad thing is mom forgot my frisbee for Dad's house. I've got plenty of toys but that is my absolute favorite! It sure is good to have mom back though!
