Nylabones, Kongs, soft ones, he's not picky Favorite Food: Doesn't matter - he needs a couple pounds and eats well Favorite Walk: Just up the road Best Tricks: He's quickly learned Sit and Down and is very eager to please and to learn. Arrival Story: Dalton sat in a rural shelter in Kentucky for 3 months after he was picked up as a stray and his family didn't come to reclaim him. His time was almost up but now he's in foster care in NJ with Rogers' Rescues until he finds his new and forever home. Bio: Dalton is one sweet boy! He LOVES to play with other dogs and with dog toys. If the other dogs in his current foster home won't play with him, he'll entertain himself for awhile until they're ready for a new game. He really wants to be with people and receive their love and attention. He can sometimes be a little unsure at first with people he doesn't know but once he warms up and trusts someone, he's more than happy to cuddle and sit to be pet and scratched. We don't know exactly what his heritage may be - Labrador, Saint Bernard, Great Pyrenees, Greyhound? Regardless, he's one handsome and very sweet boy who just wants some love and a stable home and he'll be eager to show what a great boy he truly is.
