Arrival Story:
After our 13yr old Tramp (a Springer Spaniel mix rescue) went to the Bridge I began looking for a PBGV. I'd first seen the breed on the Westminister Show and we were intrigued by this happy little hound. We finally found a breeder and baby Loki came to live with us. He was the cutest baby in the world, which helped a lot as PBGV's are scent hounds and like any hound breed are inquisitive, intelligent problem solvers who get in lots of trouble.

Bio:
After I'd picked Loki up from the airport and brought him home I ordered a pizza because I didn't feel like cooking. I put the pizza on an ottoman and went to get some milk. When I got back to the family room Loki was up on the ottoman and had opened the pizza box. That's when I knew we were in trouble for sure! LOL On Saturday 5/19/07 Loki left us for the Bridge after a brief illness. This was very unexpected and we grieve his loss. Make sure to hug your hounds often - we never know how long we'll have them with us.
