Harassing the rest of the family, bubble gum, treats, car rides, jumping, chasing other animals
Strangers, nail clipping, cats, anywhere that is not home, any dog who threatens to ignore her supremacy
bedroom shoes, whatever someone else has
Diamond Lamb and Rice, whatever someone else is eating, pig ears, chew hooves, treats
more like run through the neighborhood when she escapes the fence
speak, fence climbing, latch lifting, driving everyone crazy, protecting the house
This is Jasmine's 3rd home. Everyone else in her life gave up on her and kept returning her back to the kennel. Now she is my forever friend and companion. Took her a while to get used to someone new but we have bonded really well. She is a bit of a handful but there is not a day that goes by that she doesn't have me laughing at her. Besides she gave me Babette, what's not to love.
When Jasmine came to live with me she was covered in fleas. Had scrached most of her hair off. With moistorizing baths and proper flea control plus good food and alot of TLC her coat came back wonderfully. She is one of the prettiest Pei I have seen but she does love to try my patience, not to mention the other dogs. I swear she wakes up in the monring wondering what she can do next. She sleeps in the bed with me and cuddles with me at night. She is also very protective of me and my house. Very nerous around strangers but who can blame her she has had no stability in her life until now. 3 homes in 1 year is hard on a dog.

Well fist things first..... I had a beautiful litter of 3 girls (1 sable pattern and 2 black) and 2 boys (cream and sable & white flowered). This was a really nice litter. I loved taking care of and playing with them but was not too upset when they left for their new homes. I hate it when the others see my soft side. Mom says having babies agrees with me whatever that means.
My summer has been spent hanging out with the family. Laying out in the sun. That about covers it. Hard life I know.
Anyway my abay girl Babette is expecting which will make me a grandmother. I am unclear as to how I feel about that at this point. How can one that looks as great as I do have grandchildren. Anyway.... my new son-in-law is named Troy. He is a bit annoying for my taste. I hate the younger dogs. They think they know everything. Babette seems to be in love though so I will let things be for the time being.
Uh oh snack time

Oh poor pitiful me. I am expecting my 2nd litter on April 17th. Once again the father is Boyd. Almost time for some new Babettes. Oh whoa is me. Momma is very excited about the pups. I am growing annoyed with them already. A little moody is a bit of an understatement. So far I have bitten all of my sisters at least once. And TiTus has learned to stay clear altogether. Mom is busy cleaning and buying things to make me a bit more comfortable. Won't be much longer now......... I am growing bigger by the second. Bet there's like 20 of them in here. Mom is babying me all the time so that makes it a little better but I doubt I'll ever have my figure back. Of poor, poor, pitiful me.
On the upside I got to harass the construction workers all week. Love it when they run and squel like girls. They built on to our porch and they finished up yesterday. It is so nice. I love sitting out there supervising the rest of the family. Don't know what everybody is so happy about.
Well that is about it so far. My baby girl Babette is growing up so fast. She'll be a year old soon. Hard to believe. Guess that means I'm getting old too. Sigh
