 Quick Bio:
Likes: My basketball and my Daddy-make no bones about that!

Pet-Peeves: Cats...particularly the three he is forced to live with.

Favorite Toy: BASKETBALLS 'cuz I roll them around the backyard and have a BLAST...plus I can't pop them like the kids' balls (oops)

Favorite Food: People Food-paws down

Favorite Walk: Around the neighborhood.

Best Tricks: Standing on my hind legs and waving my front paws, it's oh SO cute! Oh, and I sing, too, when someone else is, I go right along with it...HOWL

Arrival Story: Let's see, I was born in October 2002, and placed in a
pet shop near Grandma & Grandpa. I was there for a
LONG time...but good things come to those who wait.
One day, Grandma & Grandpa came in the pet store,
and there I was. They must have liked me, because they
talked to their daughter and future son-in-law about me.
Well, I think it's the next day, and I'm going home with
them! My new Mama & Daddy!
_________________________________ Our first place
was an apartment that I got to live in with GYPSY,
Mama's first Dalmatian. Then, we moved to a house with
a YARD...but GYPSY passed to the Rainbow Bridge
soon thereafter. A short time later, Mama missed a Dal
so much that we brougt home Tipper. The rest is
history. Now there are 2 flying monkeys (the kids, as
they are affectionately called), and we're in a bigger
house with a BIGGER yard. Hurray! I can roll my ball
around forever!

Bio: A funny puppy story that Mama loves to share (to my
embarassment). When I was home for only a few days, I
got into the cats' food. And, I ate it ALL...I was so fat
that my puppy tummy literally dragged on the floor. In
fact, it made it hard for me to breath. Mama called the
vet RIGHT AWAY, and they told her to wait a bit of time
and see if it passed. Well, luck was on our side,
because I slowly passed ALL that food through the other
side. PHEW! Mama and Daddy laugh now, but it's WAS
NOT funny at the time! From then on, the cat room was
barricaded so I couldn't do that again!

I'm sending prayers to Heaven that every homeless animal find shelter...even better would be a random plate of food on a doorstep because someone remembered them.
I'm sending prayers to Heaven that every abused and neglected animal finds themselves in loving arms...and that the sadness become a mere memory at the far back of the mind.
I'm sending prayers to Heaven that all animals displaced from their homes through tragedy, economic loss, divorce, and senseless acts find their haven in a loving furever home.
I'm sending thanks to Heaven for the humans who are kind to animals, who have taken them into their homes or shelters and provided them with a sense of what a loved animal feels like.
I'm sending thanks to Heaven for the volunteers and donors who help make shelters and rescues possible, and for the humans who bring a found animal to these places to give animals the chance they deserve.
I'm sending thanks to Heaven that I'm a lucky dog to not have experienced this sadness...that I've found my furever home and can crawl into loving arms...and that the random plate of food has made it into my tummy when Daddy's cooking wasn't so good that day. ;) I am loved...I am cared for...I am comfortable in my warm home on my soft couch, thankful that my dreams are peaceful. I'm thankful that I don't have to wonder what these things are, and I pray that no animal should have to wonder, either.

I am cross-posting from FaceBook:
LOST GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG (Grandview Heights X Upper Arlington area of) COLUMBUS OH
Rosie bolted this morning from her pet sitters. Her owner is one of my best friends. Rosie is an adult, female, German Shepherd with a very black colored face. AC saw her at North Star and Northwest Blvd. at 10:00 AM this morning but couldn't catch her. If you find her or think you've seen her please call me ASAP at 408-338-9970 and I can get the information to her owner and/or the AC in Ohio.
Please help me spread the word to anyone you know who lives in the Columbus area. Share this message on Facebook and retweet on Twitter.
We are worried sick for Rosie's safety. I am also waiting for more information to find out if she was wearing a collar and tags. I'll update as soon as I have more information. Thank you for any help!
PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO BRING ROSIE HOME!
