Mom was talking about bringing us to grand isle.- She says that there's a lot of sand there. My sister Haddie and I love digging in the sand. Haddie loves to swim, but I don't get it ! what Part of we're TERRiers doesn't she get. Earth dogs not water!- Any way, mom said she loved going to Grand Isle when she was younger. So we were getting ALL EXCITED. To go. But then she started crying and said some body let a bunch of oil(??) get all over the water and the sand.
That's a real bummer because we were looking forward to it.I heard something also about birds and turtles having a hard time because of this "oil". So I told Haddie that maybe we should be a little nicer to the birds in the yard. I hadn't seen anything unusual about these birds but Haddie thinks maybe its different birds in trouble. So she doesn't think we need to do anything different.
We are going to go camping next week though. We always love to go but will probably be ready to get home to our sofa quick.
I don't care for the heat to much. I love cold weather. Haddie hates the cold and loves the heat! well gotta go. Mom's making me go out for a game of frisbee!

Well, our house is all decorated with some funny looking red and green stuff. And outside there are lights trimming the house and shrubs!
Mom is getting excited about something called Christmas.
This is the second time they do all of that. I heard something about a baby being born about 2000 yrs ago- give or take a couple. I've never really been around babies, but I love little boys! Anyway, this kid must have been something special. Come on! 2000yrs. later and mom and her family are all excited about his birthday!
They brought a tree inside the house!!! And they get aggravated when I drag in a couple of leaves!!! A WHOLE TREE!! Mom likes to keep outside outside so for her to drag a tree inside to celebrate a birthday-yep, this kid must be special.
Oh!! I remember now! She said something about "Jesus"! She told me a story about Him. He does sound like an amazing Guy! Mom said that the two-leggeds needed something called salvation so He came to save them. She said we 4-leggeds didn't quite need Him in the same way, but He loves us too!
Well, I guess that's it for now. Mom's busy getting presents together for those she loves. Maybe I'll go out and dig something up for my sister Haddie. Maybe a nice worm!
Oh yea! Merry Christmas everybody!! I know it's been a ruff year for a lot of you and your two-leggeds. But from what mom says about this Jesus guy, you can find some peace in Him!
2000yrs. later and they still......

Well, mom says I'm 2 years old. What a confusing time! I'm not considered a pup anymore by my doctors, but even at two years old there's still so many new things!
Like just last month, my quiet little neighborhood was invaded by these loud and BIG things that sort of looked like that thing mom leaves in to go to work( still haven't quite figured out what that is). But these things were huge! and they started beating and banging on that hard piece of ground mom says I can't go anywhere around.( a ST-R-EE-T? ). I guess I should be use to them by now, but boy are they strange.
My sister and I have a big back yard. we usually love to run and chase lizards, frogs, and birds and we love to dig up worms. Mom says our worm digging could be useful cause she likes to fish but for some reason she doesn't use many of them. She says something about we should dig them and leave them for her, but its much more fun to see how many rolls it takes us to pulverize them!
But lately we've had so much rain we spend most of our time inside. We are "good girls" while mom's away. But boy when she comes home!!
Sometimes she says she's tired and isn't real eager to play. We don't really understand that so we figure she must want us to bring out every toy we have until she finds one she really likes. We have our nightly "parade of toys" JUST FOR MOM!
Guess that's all for now!!
