Arrival Story:
He was found in Katie's sister's garage. Abandoned by people that had moved, he was half-starved and injured. The popular theory is that they dropped him into the yard with the big pitbull, thinking the bull would eat him. The pitbull actually showed Charlie to one of the kids. She gave Charlie to us, and there you are.
