I had a list of criteria for my "Perfect Dog" I didn't have a particular breed in mind but I wanted a dog that will be good with other dogs and with people. I was wanting an older dog so I didn't have to put up with "Puppy Antics" I definitely wanted a girl dog.
My roomate took to the search in earnest. She was constantly emailing petfinder sites to me, and for one reason or another it wasn't my perfect dog. Then came the litter of Brittany Puppies with the cute little Liver ane White Brittany. She emailed this to me when I was in Fort Worth at an Agility Trial and was urging me and my friend to go and look at the litter of puppies while we were "in the area" We didn't go. When we got home she kept talking about these puppies and I was still adamant that I didn't want a puppy I wanted a dog. The next week she recieved an email from the breeder that he had reduced the price on the puppies and of course forwarded it to me. The price wasn't really the factor to begin with but now they were on "Sale" and I took another look at them. I emailed with the Breeder and decided to go and have a look. A 3 hour drive later and Pixie was on the way home with me. She is such a cute dog. Super outgoing and energetic. No Fear. Loves Everyone dogs and people alike. I think she is going to be my "Perfect Dog" and even if she doesn't turn out perfect she is already stolen my heart and will always be my Pixie Bio: Pixie has begun her obedience career.
