Arrival Story:
My name is Apollo. I am a harlequin Great Dane. I was born on a farm in central Kentucky. My daddy came and took me home on August 10, 2009. When he got me I had never been inside a house or had a soft bed to sleep on. I was a very dirty little boy. When I got to my forever home, my dad gave me a bath and every one could see just how handsome I really was. I also had sores on all four of my elbows. I took a couple of weeks, but they are just a bad dream now and luckily I don't have any scars. I am very playful and love my daddy a lot. He lets me sleep in his bed every night. I am growing really big and strong. My best doggy friend is a toy pomeranian named Festus. We love to wrestle and chase one another all day. I like to go to the park and romp around with my toys.
