Arrival Story:
Everyone loved our Sheltie KC so much that we wanted to get a female Sheltie to be his companion, so we called a breeder who was advertised in the paper and she happened to have one puppy left and it was a female, so she did something she never did before and held the dog for us. We drove hundreds of miles to pick up little Dakota.

Bio:
Dakota thinks she's bigger than she really is, putting on a tough front. She endlessly tries to establish herself as the alpha dog of the household, but Aussie takes that with ease. Any time one of the other dogs barks, she is instantly by their side joining in to back them up and take over. As it turns out, KC decided he didn't want a wife- or at least (in his opinion) this mean little bitch- haha. On the flip side, Dakota can be sweet and very loving. She has to give everyone kisses in the morning and can't stand anyone being upset with her.
