Arrival Story:
I was a stray and ended up at the Sacramento SPCA. My time was up and I was about to be euthanized when Rocketdog Rescue came to my aid. Pali, the founder of Rocketdog Rescue, saw my photo online and put a hold on me. They gave me a 24 hour stay of execution. She came to get me the next day, along with many other dogs , as many as she could fit in her van. My friend, Maggie (http://www.dogster.com/pet_page.p hp?j=t&i=54507) was another lucky dog that day. I got adopted shortly thereafter, then abandoned again. The lady who first adopted me, left me at an animal hospital and never came back. She didn't tell anyone she no longer wanted me. I was pretty scared. Then Pali came to get me. I got to stay with her again and that was nice. Pali is the pretty lady who's hugging me. She was just about to hand me over to my new family. She had a hard time saying good bye and she held me and kissed me for along time. I slept next to her head, on her pillow, for several nights until I was adopted. I was scared to say good bye. I still get to see her once in a while and it's always a happy reunion. The photo above is me sleeping in my new mom's arms. It was my first night w/ them and I was relieved to finally be home. I slept on her pillow, just like I did with Pali. I slept hard, for 12 hours straight that nite, and when I woke up I was sooooo happy.

Bio:
Please don't breed or buy while millions of dogs, like me, die in our shelters.  Choose adoption and make a commitment for life.Thank you.  xoxo, Wylie  p.s. for more info: http://www.spotsociety.org/fatedog .html
