Getting fed 1 minute past meal time. The vacuum cleaner and getting manicures.

Favorite Toy:
Tennis balls and fuzzy toys that squeak.

Favorite Food:
Fresh Almond Butter! Anything my mom is eating, esp Japanese Wakame salad. I'm a veggie dog, and I like raw baby carrots and steamed broccoli mixed in with my vegan dog food. I also LOVE soy bones (eating some in my photo) and Molasses Buddy Biscuits.

Favorite Walk:
To the dog boutique down the street. Anywhere mom is going.

Best Tricks:
Taking food gently from my mom's hand or eating french fries from her mouth. I usually give her a big kiss at the same time.

Arrival Story:
Mom tells it like this: She went to the Marin Humane Society to buy dog food, and her friends pressured her into walking thru the kennel to see the dogs. She resisted at first but then caved. She walked thru the entire shelter, and in the very last dog run was ME. Our eyes met, it was love. I was especially happy to see her because my sister was adopted the day before and it was the first time I was all alone. It happened to be my mom's birthday, and she said I was the best birthday present she ever had. She thanks me everyday for finding her.
