Arrival Story:
The first time we saw Bailey was on TV as a featured dog on "Pets on Parade" (a local show from the Arizona Humane Society featuring adoptable pets). She was 1 1/2 years old at the time. As soon as we saw her sweet face and the way she reacted to the handler, it was love at first sight. I knew we had to go to the Humane Society and see if we could be the lucky family to take her home.
When we got there, there were 35 other families waiting to meet Bailey. So, we all got a raffle ticket and they drew a number at random. I "knew" she would be coming home with us, so it was no surprise when they called our number!
Bio:
Bailey's little brother, Scooter, is a 3 year old pug. Scooter is the alpha-dog and Bailey allows him to climb all over her and steal her toys. She is so patient with that little guy!
