Arrival Story:
My son was a young boy and wanted a puppy for his birthday. Our neighbors were selling puppies and Jasmine was the last one. She was the runt of the litter. She was so cute and sweet. We took her home.

When Jasmine was only three years old, she came down with kidney disease and passed away 8 months later. Our dog Dakota stayed right by her side the whole time. He let out a big long sign when she passed away. She was the love of my life. Jasmine opened my eyes about many things. My vet came to our home to put her to sleep on our bed because I could not bring myself to take her to the vets to have her put down. I took a three week leave of absence from my job when she passed away. After her death, I became involved in pit bull rescue. I now know that back yard breeders are a HUGE NO NO and I also know just how WONDERFUL American Pit bull Terriers can be. This past summer I found Daisy May located at a local animal shelter. She had been at the shelter for over 6 months. I immediatly saw Jasmine in her. They look VERY much alike and have many of the same great qualities. Daisy May was born the same year that Jasmine passed away. Sometimes, I see Jasmine now thru Daisy. (Daisy has 4 sticky valves in her heart and also is a very small dog). Not a day has gone by since Jasmine's death that we do not think of her or miss her dearly. We miss you Jasmine. She went to Rainbow Bridge on July 13, 2001. Rest in Peace. http://hometown.aol.com/prayersfor pets/Remembrance-1.html Please visit Jasmine's families obedience training website at Dynamicdogtraining.webs.com We specialize in obedience training "Bully Breeds"

Dear Jasmine:
Well little lady, you have been on my mind a lot lately.
I have not forgotten you by far.
Today marks the day 4 years ago that you left us behind to embark on your new journey. You left us on July 13, 2001.
I hope it has been wonderful for you.
Because of you Jasmine, many other dogs lives have been saved.
It's funny how events in our lives mold us who we are.
You Jasmine molded me into who I am today.
I am now a professional dog trainer (specializing in pit bull dog training)
I never even knew what a pit bull was before you little lady!
Daisy May reminds me so much of you. She has your style and your also your manner.
She would not be here today if it were not for you.
Neither would Ginger, Cairo, Katie, Annabelle, and so many others I can't even begin to mention that have gotten great homes.
Today, I picked up the tee-shirts that I had made in your honor,
They have the beautiful picture Darlene took of you only 2 days before you passed away on the front of them, It also says on the front of the shirt Dynamic Dog training with our phone number.
On the back of the shirt, it says' "Ask me about this adoptable dog"
I am currently working on adopting out a few great dogs and I am hoping wearing this shirt shall help what I am walking them.
Well, Jasmine, I hope you can see how much we miss you.
Take care little lady and always remember that WE LOVE AND MISS YOU DEARLY!!

We miss you Jasmine (aka) "Moodog"

*~God saw you were getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So he put his
arms around you, and whispered ..come to me.. . With tearful eyes we
watched you, and saw you pass away, although we love you dearly, we
couldnt make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at
rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us.. that he only takes the best.~*
