Arrival Story:
My oldest daughter who was in the ninth grade at the time had stayed after school for color guard practice. When I went to pick her up she and alot of other kids came to the car. Natalie was holding a small puppy and was saying we just got to give him a home. There were several puppies who was abandoned on the football field at school and and this one caught my daughters eyes. I said ok but we may have to find him a home because we already had enough animals.We tried to find him a home for a long time and we gave him away to one man who just wanted him to ride with him and be his companion. The man lived several miles away. One day Bandit ran away and came back to us so the man said if he loves us that much we just can keep him and so we did. My girls use to dress him in doll clothes and push him around in a doll stroller.He was so humble he would let you do any thing with him. We grew so in love with him. The bad things he did was when he was young he would take off shoes, rugs or what ever us or the neighbors would leave out on the porch or outside. He buried a many a shoes we never did find.. He finally out grew that. He made his rounds every day to visit all the neighbors and then come back home and lay on the porch. Loved a belly rub and would howl back to you when you talked to him as if he knew everything you were talking about. He had been shot, hit by a big truck,and so many things. He was a trooper and came back strong. He got more feeble there at the end. He was a very loving and good dog that everyone that knew him loved him. He was a big part of my life and I miss him so much. We came home from church on Fathers day and found him dead. He will always be a big long part of our lives. We miss you Bandit!!

My, My its hard to believe I have been here 2 years now. Sure do miss Mama & Coco & of coarse the cats too. Mama says she still misses me so much and she never wants another dog outside again. We had 13 years together. That was GREAT!! Daddy came to heaven in September last year and Granny just came Monday June 20th. Mama misses all them too but she is happy I can run and play and get in Turtle Pond and have lots of FUN with all my wonderful Furiends. Thanks for making my day so special today too. I Love you all. I has been a year ago last Father's day that you left us Bandit. We really miss you alot. You were a sweet and loving dog. There could never be another you. I know you are having fun tho at the bridge and at the turtle pond. You always loved water!!! I miss seeing you and you greeting us each day. You were always so happy to see us and greet us. What a GREAT dog you were and alot of fun. Happy Rainbow Bridge Birthday Bandit. We miss you..June 21st, 2009 was the day you left us.We love you and come by any time you can.
