Arrival Story:
Lacoda was hand picked as a pup and it was always a dream of her mom's to own her very own German Shepherd as her mom grew up with them. She has a very sweet; gentle disposition and has made us extremely proud earning her Temperament Title (TT); Canine Good Citizen(CGC) and Therapy Dog TDI) titles. She has had hundreds if not thousands of adults and children with life threatening; terminal illnesses and developmental disabilities share in her unconditional love. She has bonded deeply with her mom. In addition to her gentle nature with people she also has many other doggie friends that she meets with regularly and runs and plays with. She has strong herding tendencies so she makes sure everyone in her "pack" stays in line! She has also tolerated many "foster" dogs in her home as her family has a weakness to help them.
