Bio:
Ronan and Oceano are the best of buds. It's hard to keep these two apart. They get along better than any other dogs I've seen. They can even take eachother's raw bones without the other one giving a care. They're great dogs! I've been competitively racing with this boy for 2years now.

After training like crazy any time the weather suited and I had a ride it came time to race them in February (previous races got canceled or turned into demos). Ronin still wasn't 100% with all of his commands but he I had Lady as his co-lead dog and I knew she'd keep him in line and force him to do as I said.

The race was 4miles each day (2 days) and the trail was curvy but relatively flat which though not exciting for more experienced mushers, a perfect starting race for us!

We finished Saturday's race in 2nd place with a time of 23 minutes and 21 seconds! I was sooooo happy!!!!!

The next day I had a different co-lead dog, 9 year-old Shawney. She did amazing though and was able to control Ronin fairly well even though she was about 1/2 his size!

We finished Sunday's race with a time of 19minutes and 47 seconds which held our Second Place position!!!! Woohoo!!!!
