I got bad news today

So... I got bad news today. or at least mom says it's bad news. Apparently I have bone cancer in my pelvis. The doc said something about me being lucky to live to the fourth of july, let along thanksgiving/christmas.

Not When It's COLD!!!!!!!!!

So, we went camping. And it was FREEZING and RAINY and WINDY!!!! Mum had to cover me with a towel, sheet, and a big huge army jacket because I was a shiverin. They tucked me in like a hot dog on a bun. But I got really warm from the jacket and sometimes I'd kick it off. I didn't eat at all while I was there, except for human food because they felt bad for me. I don't like eating in public so I never had time to enjoy my food. It was cold and we couldn't go canoeing so there was NOTHING to do. We did go hiking one day but it ended up raining really bad. We cut the trip a day short because it was just to miserable. We're trying again closer to summer so we can go canoeing n stuff. Hopefully memorial day weekend. Fun Fun.

Camping 101

Ello ladies n' lads. Long time no sniff. Mum has just started visiting the site and is amazed by everything you can do on it. Well, I just stopped by to tell you about the exciting camping trip mother, Zac, and I will be going on Tuesday. I'm so excited. We're staying in a tent, going canoeing (with me), they might go horseback riding, and my all time favorite thing, besides water, HIKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited. I don't even care that it will only be in the forty's. Just give me some water and a trail and I'm the happiest little dog EVER! Mom bought me a life jacket for the water just incase. I'm n0t the biggest fan, but I guess it's a back up incase I get tired (which I don't.) But mom and Zac feel better I guess.

~*~ Spring Has Arrived ~*~

I'm SOOO happy, mum has been walking me, and playing with me and everything. Spring has arrived and I'm outside more and more. I kept bringing back bread lately, mum laughs at me and says my mouth is wide open and if bread wasn't in my mouth that I would have the biggest smile on my face.

Zac, my mum's boyfriend has started driving. He hasn't taken me for a ride yet, but when he gets his own car he says he will. The car he drives now is his dad's, and it has leather seats. They say my nails will poke through it or something. I can't wait to feel the wind in my face and my lips flapping wildly.

Mum drives in a month or so. We're so excited. She says she's taking me EVERYWHERE because I'm her bestest friend. Then comes Ashley, she's nice too. Mum says she loves it that I'm ALWAYS there for her. And I am. I always let her cry on my shoulder.

Mum says she needs to buy me more veggie oil because I'm starting to itch more. I itch underneath my legs and stomach, and the hair disappears and becomes red and flaky. The vet said it was just allergies to the grass. How can a dog have allergies to the grass!?!?! Weird. But if I eat veggie oil with my food, it miraculously goes away. The skin right above my nose reddens and loses hair too.

I Hate Days Like This...

Two days ago was so nice. I was beggin' mum to take me for a walk all day. Well finally she got her lazy bum off the computer chair and took me for one. I was so excited when I saw Zac, mum's boyfriend AKA my best pal, walking down the street. My tail was no doubt going around like a helicoptor. Something it does when I'm soooooo excited. We then trecked back to his house, what a fun little walk. And then we met Claiborne at his house. She's my little buddy who I haven't seen in forever. We sniffed eachother, my whole bum wagging with my tail. I was happy. We then went on a little walk, which Claiborne did great on. She hardly goes for walks because she's worse than I am. Afraid of all the noise, I mean. But she did great this time. A little hesitation, but it was to be expected.

Well, that's about it. I can't wait til mum n' Zac AKA future pap (Hehe) drive, cuz then we'll be going eeeeeeeeeeverythwhere!

Tsunami Buddies

Mum was reading me an article about a dog saving a boy in the tsunami. And it made me happy to see that doggies are living to their great standards. As many know, a lot of people see dogs as stupid, dirty, stinky, bad, mean, and down right ucky. But for some, dogs can be your best friends. As mum says, I'm immortal because I'm the best dog and she couldn't live without me. Many people feel that way, and I think all in all, all dogs are the greatest. If the humans were to fight about it, they'd all be dead and the dogs would rule. (Hrm... that's not a bad idead. 0.o)

But back to the story at hand. The mum had three kids, and two hands (ahh, it's good to be a dog). So she let the seven year old run, for the two others were younger. Well, the kid ran into the hut and the pup followed him, knawing on his shirt and yanking on him to get him out. So finally he did and found his mum and dad. The little boy even said, without the dog, he would have drowned. The dog coaxed him out. See, sometimes it's good to have a dog. What if a tsunami or a hurricane or a tornado or a snow storm attacks you. So I think that we should all go out there, and adopt good puppies from the APL's n' such. But only if you're a good person that would love and treat your doggie correctly. And we have so many, that we should all spay and nueter your pets. Mhmm... it doesn't hurt. You're a puppy, you won't remember. I don't even remember.

Tennis Weekend

This weekend was alright. Mum has given me lots of treats. But I've REALLY had to work for them. Like roll over and jump over SO many things. I'm gettin' too old for this. I think she still thinks I'm a puppy. Haha. But we've played with my ball outside A LOT. Which of course I love. And it snowed, and for some reason the snow has stuck to the trees and everything, so everything looks white. It's so pretty. I got to chase squirrels. Well, tried to anyways, he wasn't there anymore, but I still stayed there, digging, trying to find him. Mum didn't tell me it went into the tree already. So we ran some too. I had fun.

Also, mum got excited because she was looking on a dog name site and she saw that Honda was actually a dog name. How interesting. We've only found it on one site though.

Ello, fello Chaps!

Mum made me brownies today. They're Mm Mm Good. Yeah, their doggy biscuits too. She got a little on her finger and forgot it was for me, so she licked it off. I was disgraced at the ucky face she made. Like their disgusting or something. I just scoffed at her. Then, after she was done with her chicken noodle soup, I got to eat some of the broth from it. I made a big mess with that stuff. For being a 'girl' I sure do make a lot of messes. Or at least mum says that. She makes me giggles sometimes. She also gave me a cracker. I love crackers, especially with cheese. Mmm....

Snow Day

Yeah, so mum had a snow day today. Even though there is only like a foot of snow covering the ground. School is so weird, I think she should stop going. Yet, mum says she'll get off this derned computer when it's twelve. YES! Only one more hour to go.

Mum and I haven't done anything interesting this winter really. We save it all for summer. Tis too cold for my little spotted feet, ya know?

Mum was reading a dog book and saw that they also call dalmatians Plum Pudding Dogs. How awkward is that. Wonder how they got that name. So now mum and grandpa/grandma call me Puddin'. -.- I'm not entirely sure if I'm angered or happy about that. I think I should be angered. How odd, I mean, it's food. I'd eat it.

I'm also scared for my life. Mum says she wants to put me on a diet just cuz she wants me to lose weight. Do I look fat? I'm sexy and slender. She says I'm not fat, it's just the skin hanging down from when I used to be fat. And I will admit, I never walked/played but I always ate. Mum helped me lose about ten pounds. The vet says I'm around normal, but I can tell mum envies those skinny dalmatians. Or at least I feel that way. She says she loves the way I am because she can lay on me and be comfy. I think the only reason she wants me to be skinny is because I hog up SO much room on her tiny bed. Hehehe... I can't help it, I love space. And it's ALL mine!

'Tis Boring Now...

Mum went back to school. -.-' Tis so boring now. I really wish she would quite so she can spend all her time with me. I'm sure this will change with her driving soon, though. I can't wait... >.>
