Arrival Story:
We tried different names, but he answers to Max (not my favorite choice, but it works). He was found wandering in a local park. Signs were posted around the area for a month, but no one claimed this incredible dog. He follows commands. He will sit & stay (and stay that way if I leave the room and return). Loving & loveable. Crate trained. House trained. He hasn't chewed anything really valuable (Kong toys), even when he had the chance. Active & playful. Talks like a Siberian. Excellent on a leash. Heartbreaker. I simply cannot believe that this dog was stray for more than a few days. It is also unbelievable that no one came looking for him. As the pack becomes used to him, and I have fallen under his spell, it will be more difficult to let him go as each day goes by.... **UPDATE: Max has been adopted and has a new brother. He is happy and healthy!**
