On September 11, 2008 we lost our Sparkie to cancer. A couple of weeks later, while walking our two boys Frank and Ribsy at a park in town, I came upon little bitty Beesley sitting at the side of a fishing pond all alone ... at approximately 6 weeks old!! She was wearing a make-shift collar--huge on her--but otherwise had no ID. She was taken home and has been our little Miss Beesley ever since!
