Arrival Story:
Wesley was our first "rescue" after being married. He was running along our street (a cul-de-sac) when we took him in. Signs were posted along the road and at the entrance/exit of the cul-de-sac, and ads were run in the paper in Tulsa. No answer. We were walking Wes several days later when some kids from the street recognized him. When asked where he had lived, they took us to our next door neighbor!! They had "put him out" because they were going to be moving, and could no longer keep him!!! Needless to say, Wesley became ours immediately and is now the "old man" of our house. He is the quiet patriarch of a house-ful of other rescued dogs.
