Arrival Story:
It was my dads birthday, and a few years back, i got him a Black Labrador, who he named Mike. Mike passed, he was hit by a car, only a few months old. It took years to get over him, but then we saw an ad for Black Lab puppies a few miles away. Steve was the last puppy left, and it wasnt hard to figure out why. When we arrived, we saw him crawl out from under a junk car, with a horribly infected eye. He was filthy and hurt, but we took him anyways. The Vet said he had a severe case of Gangrene, and that he might not make it. Its been a few years since then, and now he is a healthy, strong, spirited dog with endless love for his family, and a love for endless games of fetch.

Steve is quite the athelete! he has gone through 73 tennis balls since he became part of our family! Hes Very Energetic! 73 tennis balls and counting!
