Pet-Peeves: fireworks freek me out, but my family helps me. I also used to bark at every noise but my family has worked with me allot to calm me down wcalm asertivness
Favorite Toy: Momma, nooo really my sister Cinnamon and grandkids are my playmates i don't have one toy i love more then another
Favorite Walk: our town Farmers Market at the square where i meet lots of great pup friends and people
Best Tricks: my best trick is a treat i love to help momma when her fibro wont let her walk or get up easliy , i help her steady herself and get up if needed
Arrival Story: Gisella is one of 5 Danes who have adopted us. Gisella was dumped off like many pups in AR on a roadside to fend for herself. She came to us from Rogers City Animal Shelter to foster, we fell in love with this sick naked underweight girl rite away. She has a form of demodex that is transfered by a pups mom, it can not be cured but can be helped it is not contagious. Our vet said not many as bad as her surive but they did have a few pups who did good with ivermec treatment . We also use an herbal tea blend to help her and she LOVES TEA TIME!! Gissella like all our pups came with issues no manners no house training , and the heart gold. She fit rite into our pack, learning manners / house rules within days of arrival and is now an AWESOME citizen and best friend. She also instinctively helps me around the home/yard as i am disabled, if she senses its a bad day for me she will walk rite by me (no leash) helping me do yard work , get up and down and stable myself what a great pup. If i say help, she runs to my side to help me up. Zella is priceless, now almost 4 yrs old, full of healthy fur, life and love. She loves walks, trips to local farmers markets and puppy events, and visits schools to educated children on needs of Danes/Rescues/adoption and the need to "fix our friends" and stop overpopulation
Bio: Gisella came in to foster after abandonment , adopted our hearts and home and fits in just GREAT. She loves to love, be loved, play , be a couch potato, and esp loves when our Grand Babys come over, she esp. loves to play with them by chasing bubbles for them in the yard. Like all Danes she is an indoor pup, there fur is not protective against elements like other breads, so they are happiest and healthiest when indoor pups.
