When Tucker went to the Bridge in June '09 I was certain I didn't want another dog. For some reason, I went on Craigslist (which I have NEVER done) and there was Phoebe's Smiling Face looking to be rehomed. I emailed the family for some information. My husband and I adopted Phoebe the very same day we met her.

Bio:
Phoebe has a ten year old Maltese stepsister, Jasmine. We're working on Phoebe not to treat her as a squeaky toy!
