Arrival Story:
I took home a German Sheperd from the Humane Society that a friend that worked there thought would make a good companion to Ebin (we had recently lost our older cocker spaniel), and it turns out they were a terrible match (the German Sheperd has found a home). When taking her back, I saw Emma and thought she was the sweetest thing. My husband wasn't real keen on the idea, but when he broke a date to go to the movies with me (he was working), I went to the Humane Society and picked her up. He said he'd never miss a date with me again-He is thrilled though. She has been with us almost a year.

Well daddy picked me up today, and I was so glad. At first when he took me to For Paws (my daycare) I was afraid I was going back to the pound for good. They told me though that they were just going on a trip and would be back for me. I know mommy would never leave me, but I was still scared. I had lots of fun these last few days. treats, balls, bones, and playing with my big bro Ebin. I am glad to be home b/c I know I'll be sleeping with mommy and daddy. I hog the bed. I hog everything actually, but I guess I am entitled since I spent 4 months in the slammer before they came to my rescue. Right now I am snoozing with my brother waiting for mommy to give me some more treats. I am soo cute when I tilt my head and look sweet!
