Arrival Story:
We were volunteer dog walkers at the local humane society. One day I took this beautiful Aussie for a walk. On the way back to the kennels she veered off course. I could tell she didn't want to go back there. I sat in the shade and spent some time with her. She kept looking into my eyes and then I knew that she chose us. Needless to say, we adopted her. She was a total velcro dog and wanted to be next to us all the time. She was very smart and very loving. We got to have her in our lives for 5 1/2 years before we lost her to an illness. Losing her has left us devastated but we wouldn't trade that 5 years we had her for anything.
