I found Miss Millie that day. She was going to be moved to the Marin Animal Shelter in Marin County, California. The shelter had to call to the Marin Animal Shelter to see if the truck had left. The truck was coming up to a couple different shelters in my area to pick up dogs. If the truck had left, there would have been no way to get ahold of the driver to tell him not to show up at the Sacramento County Animal Shelter where Miss Millie was. The shelter was able to catch the truck and we were able to adopt Miss Millie. She was the quietest dog in the cage she was in at the time.
